Customer Audits / Visits

Amgen visit – 5 visitors from this biotech customer visited the Fraser site on May 24th. Most comments were favorable. They really like our product. “It’s the best product out there”. They would like to see improvements that would control excess water in the plant, and that DMV considers developing a comprehensive contingency plan. The plan should not only include back up manufacturing capabilities, but also tactics to ensure continuity of raw material supplies. The following day, May 25th, two auditors from Ross Products performed our re-certification audit. The comments from the auditors were extremely favorable.
